In the heart of Da Nang we are operating a Vietnamese cuisine restaurant called Authentic Vietname Restaurant DenLong-Lantern. The restaurant not only offers traditional Vietnamese food, but we take advantage of using the local ingredients. We aim to be a restaurant that is pleasing to many tourists and Vietnamese people alike, and a place where they can create memories of their trip.

At such places as the airport in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang, we are operating a souvenir shop called ”Foron” for tourists. As for our additive and chemical-free organic Vietnamese coffee cookies and coconut cookies, we are aiming for these to become one of the memories of a trip to Vietnam. We are also donating a portion of the sales to the domestic development of Vietnam.

We want to create many precious memories of Vietnam. From that thought Authentic Vietname Restaurant DenLong-Lantern- and Foron cookies were born. We want many people to realize the delicious flavors of Vietnamese cuisine, regardless if they are tourists or Vietnamese people. We also would like many people to create good memories of Vietnam and Da Nang. Up until this point many international customers have supported our business. With roots in Da Nang, Vietnam, we wholeheartedly would like to spread the appeal of Da Nang to the world.

Keisuke Nakamura
Born in 1988. After graduating from Meiji University, he worked in the restaurant business at several different restaurants specializing in Japanese,Chinese, Italian, and French cuisine. Taking advantage of these experiences, he then opened up a Vietnamese restaurant in Da Nang, Vietnam as CEO of the company. Additionally, as another business endeavour of the company, a souvenir business selling cookies has been launched, and these cookies have become the most popular cookies in Da Nang and are purchased by many tourists.
Nguyễn Văn Sáu
From Quang Nam, Vietnam. As a chef, has worked at the following locations: The Hong Kong owned Thien Duong restaurant from 1994 to 2000, Huy Hoang hotel (4 stars) in Hoi An from 2000 to 2006, Thai Binh Duong hotel (4 stars) in Hoi An from 2006 to 2012, Lang Lua restaurant in Hoi An from 2012 to 2014, and has been working at Den Long restaurant since 2015.
